Privacy Policy
Status: October 14, 2026
1. Who is responsible for your data?
The controller under the GDPR is:
Sandra Pfurtscheller
Schwimmbadweg 21/Top 1
6170 Zirl, Austria
Email: frische-kraft@gmx.net
2. Contact form
When you send me a message through the contact form, I process the details you provide — your name, your email address, and your message — exclusively to answer you and, if you are interested, to follow up on your request. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in responding to inquiries (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) and, once we are in contact, pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).
Your message is stored securely in the database of this website and delivered to my personal email address. I do not use your details for advertising, and I do not pass them on to third parties, except for the technical service providers described below. I keep inquiries for as long as it takes to answer them and follow up on the conversation, and delete them afterwards if there is no further reason to keep them.
3. Automatic data when you submit a message
To protect the form against spam and misuse, the website briefly stores the technical details of each submission, including your IP address, and limits how often the form can be used from one address. Together with your message I also store which page you came from and which link you followed (for example an Instagram story). This technical data is not used to identify you personally. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in protecting the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
4. Meta Pixel
This website uses the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland). When you visit the site, Meta receives information about your visit — for example the pages you open — through cookies and similar technologies. If you have a Facebook or Instagram account, Meta may link this information to your account. I use this to understand how many people are interested in the Ringana USA launch and to measure whether my ads reach the right people. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in reaching people who may be interested (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
Data may be transferred to the USA. Meta is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and uses standard contractual clauses for this transfer. You can object to the use of the Meta Pixel in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, or via facebook.com/settings?tab=ads.
5. Hosting
The website is hosted by Lovable (Lovable Labs Inc. and its cloud providers). When you visit the site, the hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, the time of your visit, and your browser type to deliver the pages securely. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in operating the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR), to have incorrect data corrected (Art. 16), to have data deleted (Art. 17), to restrict processing (Art. 18), to data portability (Art. 20), and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You can withdraw a given consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, simply email me at frische-kraft@gmx.net — no formal requirements. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian data protection authority (www.dsb.gv.at).
7. Changes to this policy
I may update this privacy policy when the website or its features change. The current version is always available on this page.
